Our weekly Oyster Masterclass offers you a chance to learn from the best, enjoying plenty of oysters along the way! A journey through the Great British and Irish coasts, learn the history of oysters in our lands, expert techniques for shucking and pairing, as well as the schemes which Bentley's are part of the preserve Oyster populations across the country. You'll shuck and enjoy a selection of oysters in this interactive class, learning the difference between Rock and Native oysters, as well as what differs between oysters from different locations.
